My Approach

When you train with me, you will find that I approach fitness the same way I try to approach life - with balance, fierceness, and fun. 


I help you find fun in movement and the courage to challenge your body in ways you didn't know you could. 

I don't believe that one type of exercise is the best, and I create a long-term integrative fitness plan to help you achieve your goals with methods like weight training, cardio, pilates, and more. Everything we do will be for a purpose, and I will walk you through every step of the way. 


I work with women in all stages of life, specializing in strength training, pre/post natal, osteoporosis prevention, and cycle syncing. 


I can’t wait to train with you and help you optimize your health and fitness! 




One on One Private Training

This option is for people who want to train in person with me 1x-3x per week either at their home, or at a private gym in in Tenafly, NJ. 

When you train with me you get:

  • long term fitness goals and plan 

  • short term breakdown 

  • monthly progress reports 

  • 45 minute in person training sessions with me at your home or the gym in Tenafly, NJ

  • weekly home workouts

Custom Home Workouts

For those who want to workout on their own, but would like their workouts and plan written for them. I will create custom home workouts based on your goals for you to do on your own, and be available for any questions.
